Today's Tasting Tray

Today's tray is New Year's meal "Osechi" inspired dishes.

 

from the left

Kabocha Kinton (smooth mashed sweet pumpkin)

Namasu (vinegarette mooli, carrots and yellow peppers) 

Onishime (stewed chicken and veges)

Tamagoyaki (rolled omlette)

Kobumaki (Japanese celery "seri" rolled in kombu sea kelp)

 

 All freshly prepared by Nana in the morning.
