The main is 'Nikujaga' direct meaning is meat and potatos. In Japan, Nikujaga is the most popular example of "Ofukuro-no-aji" which is mother's food. 

The meat we use in Nikujaga is depending on the regions. In the west beef is common and in the east pork is common. I sometimes use chicken!!
